Our Team

Audrey R. Monaghan, JD, Pharmacist

Ms Monaghan earned her J.D. Degree from Detroit College of Law in 1990. Audrey has served as a Prosecutor, Patent Attorney, Insurance Claims Counsel, and General Partitioner for over 25 successful years. Ms. Monaghan believes that in starting her own practice, she could be more effective in helping people deal with a variety of legal issues. In 2010, Ms. Monahgan founded Monaghan & Associates. During her legal career, Ms. Monaghan has represented numerous high-profile clients in State and Federal Courts. Monaghan & Associates has allowed Ms. Monaghan to fully realize her passion for helping people at all levels of litigation and protection.

With her extensive background in Pharmacy, Ms. Monaghan qualifies as an ideal "Expert" witness and is available for consultation to members of the legal community. In addition, her comprehensive experience in the medical field makes her well qualified to provide "Loss Prevention" advice to the medical industry. Professional medical providers can benefit from her knowledge of medical claims with first hand expereience as "claims counsel" for several national insurance providors.

"Law with Compassion" is more than a catch phase, it is a way of life for Ms. Monaghan. Married with four children, she is devoted not only to her craft but also to her faith. An active member of her local Parish, Ms. Monaghan affirms her devotion to providing legal counseling to those most in need.

Ms. Monaghan is active in a number of professional organizations including the Michigan Bar Association, Irish American Laywers Association, Catholic Lawyers Association, a licensed Pharmacist, a member of the Plymouth Chamber of Commerce and associate memberships in the Plymouth Elks, American Legion and VFW.
